The availability of services depends on location and service provider availability.

3. Booking & Payments

Users must pay for services or products via the App’s secure payment system.

Booking confirmation is subject to service provider availability.

In case of payment failure, services will not be processed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Users can cancel a service within the allowed cancellation period (refer to our Refund Policy).

Refunds will be processed according to the Refund Policy.

Late cancellations may result in cancellation fees.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App.

Users are responsible for verifying service providers' credentials before availing of services.
