1. Service Cancellation
a. User-Initiated Cancellations
Users can cancel a booked service through the IntentCart app before the service provider has been dispatched.
Cancellations made before service confirmation are free of charge.
Cancellations made after service confirmation may be subject to a cancellation fee (see Section 3).
b. Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations
If a service provider cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, users will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
Users may choose to reschedule the service instead of cancellation.
2. Product Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped without any charges.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted, or a return process may be required (refer to our Refund Policy).
3. Cancellation Fees & Refunds
No Fee: If cancellation is made before the service provider is assigned.
Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs after service confirmation but before service initiation, a service charge of [X]% may be deducted.
No Refund: If the cancellation is made after the service provider has reached the location or after the service has begun.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Special Cases
In case of emergency cancellations (such as natural disasters, medical emergencies), users may request a full refund by providing necessary proof.
IntentCart reserves the right to assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
